- 1800 QSTUDY is a free, 24-hour phone international student support hotline
- Student hubs in Cairns and the Gold Coast and dedicated staff for student support in education providers
- The National Student Ombudsman is a free, independent service available to all higher education students in Australia. The Ombudsman provides students with support to resolve complaints about higher education providers
- The Tuition Protection Service is an Australian Government initiative that assists international students studying on student visas in Australia whose education or training provider may become unable to fully deliver their course of study
